As a licensed provider we are in a position to purchase excess electricity from auto producers i.e. those that generate their own power from Hydro, Wind, CHP and Solar to feed into the network. For example, at present, we purchase excess electricity from Munster Joinery, Ballyartella Woollen Mills and Cork Water Works amongst others. Waterpower hosted their first Business Breakfast Networking Event on Thursday, December 6th in Corkery’s Bar which is downstairs from the Waterpower Offices.
