We offer free bill analysis for all our customers where we take a recent bill and outline ways of saving money on their electricity costs. Our bills are very simple to read and on e-billing, there is no password needed to access your bills. We offer direct lines to all staff on 029 50568 and excellent customer service at all times.

 

We offer a fully fixed rate for 12 months, with no increase even when out of the contract unless we directly give you 30 days’ notice of same.

 

Waterpower also offers the Time of Use System which is variable. the cost is calculated by the raw price of power, pass-through charges and a management fee added together.

 

We also have a licence to purchase Electricity from “auto producers “.

 

Our company offer a Profile Metering service if you are concerned about your usage at any time.
